By using RVBidFind you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide behind.

What the service is

RVBidFind aggregates publicly available auction listings for recreational vehicles and estimates values from comparable listings. It is an information service. It does not sell vehicles, take bids, hold funds or act as anyone's agent, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any auction site it links to.

Information, not advice

Comp values, deal scores, all-in costs, max bids, sold prices and reports are estimates derived from third-party listings that may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are provided for research and are not financial, legal or purchasing advice. You are responsible for verifying every fact on the auction site, inspecting rigs, confirming fees and titles, and deciding what to bid.

Membership

Pro membership is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe at the price shown when you join, currently $2.99 a month. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Membership screen; access continues to the end of the paid period and no partial-month refunds are given. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email or on the site.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site or its API, resell its data, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the terms of the auction sites it links to. We may suspend access for misuse.

Content and takedowns

Listing titles, photos and descriptions belong to the auction houses and sellers. We display them to identify lots and link to the source. Rights holders who want material removed should email hello@rvbidfind.com; we act promptly.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVBidFind is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including losses on vehicles bought or not bought in reliance on its figures. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts there, unless your local consumer law grants you otherwise.

Changes

These terms were last updated 6 September 2026. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
